DIGNITY HEALTH MEDICAL FOUNDATION 2014 – 2018
Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO)
Served in key leadership role in Dignity Health’s enterprise approach to the management, delivery and value realization of major strategic initiatives, overseeing M&A, Program Management, LEAN, and Clinic Development. Established new department’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan and Governance. Reporting to the President and CEO, accountable to DHMF departments for the budget, management of and implementation of projects that supported the achievement of strategic company goals, ensuring “safe” deployment.
- Aligned with market and service area executives to provide project/program management delivery, M&A, consulting, performance improvement, change management and business analytics support for system wide strategic initiatives.
- Led transformation efforts utilizing LEAN and 3P. Created the Project Management Office which included the deployment, mentoring and adoption of Project Management standards, methods and tools across the organization – creating scalable and repeatable processes.
- Managed complex, enterprise wide IT/software system implementation and application integration projects.
